Melissa Ashcroft is the Director of AAA Financial Group, where she specialises in structuring lending solutions for property investors, developers, and business owners across Australia.

With deep experience across both bank and non-bank lending markets, Melissa works closely with clients and referral partners to navigate complex funding scenarios and secure the right capital structure for each opportunity.

She is the owner and Managing Director of AAA Mortgages an award winning brokerage and of Altura Funding, a mortgage management platform. She is also a successful podcast host on P.O.W.E.R Podcast

Her expertise spans residential lending, commercial finance, development funding and private credit — particularly in situations where traditional lenders may struggle to provide flexible solutions.

Melissa is also a Non-Executive Director of the MFAA and Property development ASX listed company Desane Holdings.
